Job Description
  • Access and download data relating to weekly submissions and keep up to date information relating to progress on the modules.
  • Co-ordinate links and staffing of live tutor sessions with input from the Online campus.
  • Co-ordinate timetabling for face to face delivery of the graduate apprenticeship.
  • Deal with assessments and follow relevant procedures to ensure timely return of results and feedback.
  • Working as part of the Student Support team providing first class administrative support to apprentices and firms.
  • Dealing with enquiries from clients, visitors and staff ensuring accurate professional responses at all times in keeping with the corporate image of The University ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Day to day operation and maintenance of records on the University's system.
  • Support the Programme & Student Leads with the organization of induction days and other course-related events.
  • Follow University procedures when verifying student eligibility and refer to the Eligibility Manager where appropriate.

The role will have a clear focus on the above duties however primarily ensuring that data is inputted accurately and correctly and collaborating with the timetable team to create sessions and book rooms
