Job Description

Role:

My client are a leading and highly reputable leader in the retail industry and I am looking for an experienced Team Leader to work in a 10 week temporary contract role starting in October. The role will involve supporting colleagues working in the Associate Recruitment department, the team is working on a huge project advertising vacancies, interviewing candidates, managing offers and contracts and ensuring contractual information is up to date.

The Team Leader will be responsible for providing coaching and support to the team to ensure a high standard of service is maintained and targets met.

Ideally we are looking for Team Leader experience from with an HRSSC or retail contact centre.

The role will require the following:

Delivering a high standard of customer service

Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies

Undertake a range of administration tasks on the company system

Work effectively as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail, detail accuracy and communication skills are required

The ability to work at pace through a variety of tasks some of which can be high volume

Excellent IT skills

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm on a rotating - 8-4pm 9-5pm and 10-6pm shift pattern

You will work every third Saturday with a day off in the week

37.5 hours per week, pay is weekly

This position will start on 5th or October until 19th December

There is potential for this role to develop into something longer term for the right candidate
