Job Description

• Managing the finance team to maintain close control of the core financial processes and
• disciplines ensuring transactional data is accurate and up to date.
• Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts and cost reports.
• Maintain financial controls and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Acquisition accounting and integration of new businesses.
• Driving improvements and efficiencies in the finance processes and team.
• Ensuring transactions are recorded correctly for quarterly VAT submissions.
• Preparation of year end reporting packs for external auditors and corporation tax advisors.
• Liaise with the external audit team during the audit field work providing all information
• required.
• Preparation of statutory accounts.
• Work closely and build strong relationships with business leaders, line managers and other
• stakeholders across the company

Do you have?

• Proven experience within a Financial Accountant or similar role & a Chartered Accountant Qualification, like ACA or similar
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Previous Management or supervisory experience
• Excellent organisational skills, able to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage
• your workload while maintaining high levels of accuracy
