NP Executive Search are delighted to have been retained by our private-equity backed international recruitment and professional services client in identifying a Group Financial Controller for a newly created role. Providing a world-class service to some of the world's leading financial services institutions, our client operate from a global network of offices and continue to enjoy double-digit annual growth.

Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will assume oversight of the finance function whilst being responsible for:

• Provision of exceptional MI to the board and the sales leadership to aid decision making and performance
• Ensuring the prevalence of a robust and appropriate financial control environment
• Adherence and compliance with all internal and external reporting deadlines
• Adopting a continuous improvement led approach to systems and processes with the aim of establishing a world-class finance function
• Presenting financial results to PE investors and the board whilst supporting the CFO and deputising when required
• Enhance the group wide perception of finance through instilling a business partnering led approach across every facet of the team
• Lead, coach and develop a talented finance team

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (most likely ACA) with group finance experience in an international services business (ideally recruitment/staffing).
