Job Description
  • Driving licence is essential
  • Training and supervision will be given
  • The salary is £18,000 per annum depending on experience
  • This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check
  • You should possess suitable knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - MS Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in meeting note taking and the creation of meeting minutes, experience in spreadsheets and database management
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of business principles including, proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
  • Proven experience in information and communication management and transcription.
