The focus of this role is very much on advising and supporting Managers to progress a broad range of employee relations matters, often fairly complex casework (discipline, grievance, absence, performance, bullying/harassment cases, etc).
You will have demonstrable experience of advising / supporting investigations, formal processes, up to and including disciplinary hearings/dismissals/appeals. In short, someone to hit the ground running.
Excellent written skills (letters, reports, emails), attention to detail essential, customer focussed, succinct, and an excellent knowledge of employment law.
You will have a minimum Level 5/7 qualification in HR Management (MSC HRM, PGDiP HRM, etc).
Previous Local Government / NHS experience is preferred (but not essential).
