Job Description
You will work as part of a support team to provide a professional customer focused administration service, ensuring that the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times and customers’ needs are not just consistently met but also exceeded. You will to be responsible for the administration of any projects the company undertakes, act as the first point of contact for all the clients and work closely with the surveyors to complete any necessary administration.
Key Duties
- Assist surveyors with their daily administrative duties
- Liaising with Clients and Brokers via Email and Telephone Calls
- Issue Surveyor Inspection Reports on behalf of Surveyors
- Chasing up Evidence of Repairs that are required on certain projects
- Liaise with Booking site inspections and deal with Client Queries
- Reviewing Drawings/Plans and checking received documents are accurate
- Communication between all Teams to make sure Data is recorded correctly
- Promoting ICW Brand
- Deal with all incoming and outgoing queries
- To extract information from the system for use by the technical teams.
- Keeping in touch with Surveyors and Clients/Brokers and providing Progress updates
- After review, to proactively chase the clients for information required
- Filing all required Documents correctly and in a Timely manner
- Working to Timescales, Targets and Team Objectives
- Assist with any ad-hoc admin tasks when required
- Re-issuing Certificates after amending Personal details
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry. You will be highly organized with a natural ability to priorities your workload. You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident on the phone with a confident client manner. You’ll be able to demonstrate your excellent communication skills and team-player attitude. Must have a clear understanding of the importance of customer service to both internal and external customers. High level of interpersonal skills with an ability to deal people at all levels. Excellent PC and keyboard skills, with proven experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook. Excellent literacy and verbal communication skills. Ability to carry out general administration and clerical tasks to a good standard. Ability to maintain both electronic files, hard files, and records accurately.
