Welsh Speaking Team Support Administrator
Job Description
- Act as support for the Chief Executive (CE) Tasks will include:
- Inbox management: file emails correctly for CE to action, share with other members of the organisation
- Diary management: set up meetings and make sure the CE has any documentation needed for meetings
- Arranging meetings with external stakeholders and supporting any events hosted by the CE
- Making travel/hotel arrangements
- Process the CE's expenses and collate the quarterly expense publication
Manage CE Office mailbox: responding to queries (including managing room bookings) and distributing emails to the appropriate member of the team or responding
- Coordinate Translation requests for the organisation, liaising with external translators, updating the translation log and reconciling invoices on a monthly basis, updating finance colleagues accordingly.
- Assist with bilingual support within the CE office.
- Provide support across the Private Office team including:
- Working with the Chief of Staff to support the CE
- Supporting Secretariats by arranging Board, Committee and Executive Committee meetings and events
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate structures for document management, including filing documentation on behalf of the CE Office
You will receive a salary of £20,000 and options to work from home if required. You will receive competitive holidays.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to speak Welsh fluently as an occupational requirement for this role. Please do not apply if you do not speak Welsh Experience providing high level support to senior team members Exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
