Job Description
You will be directly responsible for the day-to-day management and support for one Director, as well as support to the wider immigration team. The scope of this role is extensive and offers great opportunities to excel and fulfil your potential.
- Working as part of a team in delivering immigration support and advice
- Overseeing the management of immigrations processes for specific clients
- Working directly with clients and supporting our client relationships with opportunities to develop you experience and skill set
- Taking management and caseworker instructions, preparing and reviewing application forms
- Working within our tax team- to develop an integrated approach to clients form a taxation and immigration point of view
- Data input and analysis
- Reporting and managing regular reporting across platforms
- Providing efficient administrative support to the Director and senior members of staff
- Preparation of high quality proposals and presentations. Strong power point and word skills are essential for this role
- Liaising with clients and their PA’s – developing and maintaining relationships
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Third level qualification. Experience of working in a corporate environment preferred. Excellent PC skills with advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel is required. A proven record of commitment to professional and client service excellence. A high level of integrity and trust with confidential information. Adaptable approach to work, and proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a team. Approachable and highly professional in manner, with all levels of staff within the organization. Strong desire to further career within corporate immigration work. Proven ability to handle a high number of cases, meeting tight deadlines and service level agreement. Strong attention to detail is required. Customer/client facing experience.
