You’ll also get to showcase your project management skills by leading on our 3rd party events. You’ll plan, manage and attend the events, liaising with external suppliers as well as internal stakeholders such as finance and the regional volunteering team. You’ll deliver our Christmas thanking campaign for pledgers and will be the driving force behind our case study recruitment project. You’ll have excellent organization skills and an ability to use your initiative; these are essential for keeping schedules, reporting on results and updating financial tracking systems and databases. You’re confident talking to supporters via multiple channels, leaving them feeling well looked after. You have a keen eye for detail drafting supporter communications.
We offer a high degree of flexibility with flexible start and finish times. Due to the nature of the team some weekend or evening work will be required. We are committed to ensuring our roles are accessible to candidates who may have mobility needs or caring responsibilities, so we would welcome a discussion about how we can support you. Application is via an anonymized online form so please don’t include name, age or other protected characteristics in your answers.
