Job Description

As a Sales Consultant/ Lettings Consultant your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
-Conducting market appraisals and valuations
-Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings
-Negotiating offers and finalizing deals between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord
-Handing over properties and following up with clients
-Contract negotiations


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Must have sales experience • To be financially stable ( min 6000 GBP in savings) • Excellent communication skills • Positive attitude with a strong team work ethic • Able to work in a team as well as independently • Be able to adapt to different nationalities and cultures • Excellent time management and organizational skills
