Job Description

As a HLTA working for M2 Education, we do ask for recent and relevant experience of working with EYFS age children and you must have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.

In order to be considered for the post of HLTA Early Years Specialist, you will need to:
• Hold a relevant qualification.
• Have experience working as with EYFS or within a Nursery.
• Be reliable, committed and interested in working with EYFS age children.
• Have good interpersonal skills; be trustworthy, punctual as well as being patient and confident when working with children.
• A DBS Certificate (or be willing to apply of one)
