Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to initially cover a 9-month contract (to perm). Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work in a busy a team and be responsible for the processing UK payrolls
Main aspects of the role
Process multiple payrolls from start to finish
Process / administrator staff member changes
Calculate accurate employee pay / furlough pay / manually calculate some payments
Administer pension scheme + support admin of (T&A) Time and Attendance system
Deal with payroll queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
UK volume payroll admin processing experience gained in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, be passionate and enthusiastic Ability to work efficiently and be a flexible team player able to multi-task effectively Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and remain calm. Excellent customer service skills with ability to explain issues in clear and concise manner.
