You will be working in an open and high performing environment within a business that promotes a culture of excellence. Reporting into the newly recruited Financial Controller you will be responsible for the bookkeeping for 2 UK entities and also client accounts.
Responsibilities will include:
Purchase ledger, low volume high value processing;
Sales ledger including credit control duties;
Bank reconciliation of multiple bank accounts;
Reconciliation of the general ledger;
VAT preparation and returns;
Accounts up to trial balance;
Liaising with the Financial Controller to produce year-end accounts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be an AAT qualified bookkeeper with at least 4 year’s experience within a similar role. You must be a proficient SAGE 50; knowledge of Xero would be beneficial also. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to identify and reconcile errors in a timely manner.
