Job Description

Payroll Administrator required to work in an expanding Payroll Software Provider. The company is now providing the full managed payroll service to customers, and you will play a key part in the growth of the team. You will be responsible for setting up the client payrolls, delivering start to finish payroll process for 1000+ employees on a monthly/weekly basis.

The role will involve:

  • Set up of client payrolls.
  • Deliver accurate start to finish payroll process on a monthly/weekly basis for 1,000+ employees including filing monthly and annual reports with HMRC.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to all Legislation.
  • Create journals and ad-hoc reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 2:1 in your first degree End to end payroll experience In-depth payroll knowledge including manual calculations and Auto-enrolment Microsoft Excel
