My client are a growing and forward thinking company who are looking to employ a Tenancy Progressor to assist on the smooth running of their student accommodation portfolio. You will have previous experience liaising with tenants, organizing payments and have strong customer service and communication skills.
Liasing with guarantors to ensure signature
Fielding any contractual questions / issues quickly and professionally
Dealing with changes to payment plans from quarterly to monthly where approved
Coordinating with students/tenants during handover
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent systems skills. Efficient time management. Proven customer service. ARLA qualified.
