Job Description

This role will be pivotal in ensuring the right information, advice and guidance is provided to support the learner’s needs across all programs. You will support students to apply for student loans and support the wider teams to ensure all aspects of the course delivery is fulfilled. The administrator is a point of contact for our students outside of the classroom environment. The learning support team provide advice and guidance over the phone and via email. Liaising closely with the learning support team ensure students enquiries are responded to and appropriate support is provided. You will have strong communication skills and be able to provide an outstanding level of support to students, supporting them with their learning needs in order to help them achieve success. You will be an innovative thinker with the ability to look at processes and make informed decisions and recommend improvements to increase efficiencies within the team. You will be passionate about adult education with the ability to listen and have empathy and understanding of the barriers learners face. This will be a varied and exciting role in a fast paced environment where no one day will be the same. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role requires the following skills and experience; NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Excellent communications skills. Experience of working in a customer focused environment. Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft packages. Excellent administration, time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
