Administrator responsibilities and duties
Liaise with our clients including, estate agents, letting agents, private landlords and our panel of electricians, maintaining the smooth running of the business and preserve the great relationships with them.
Inbox management of client queries to resolution
Attach EICR certificates, produce remedial quotes, upload to an internal system and sign off.
Chase electricians for work outside of SLA for completed certificates
Place orders on system, booking new jobs accurately
Generate emails
