Administrator responsibilities and duties

  • Liaise with our clients including, estate agents, letting agents, private landlords and our panel of electricians, maintaining the smooth running of the business and preserve the great relationships with them.
  • Inbox management of client queries to resolution
  • Attach EICR certificates, produce remedial quotes, upload to an internal system and sign off.
  • Chase electricians for work outside of SLA for completed certificates
  • Place orders on system, booking new jobs accurately
  • Generate emails 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Exceptional communication skills • self-motivated, organised and autonomous • willing to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude
