Job Description

The main duties of this Administrator job are as follows:

  • To undertake a range of complex business, financial and administrative duties to support teams
  • Ensure a high quality, customer-focused and value-for-money administrative service
  • To assist with the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of electronic and manual information management systems.
  • To ensure that financial processes are followed and completed according to departmental or corporate guidance
  • To be responsible for the procurement of goods and services as directed and produce associated management information for budget holders
  • To provide high quality diary support, arranging and preparing meetings, booking travel and accommodation, greeting external visitors and dealing with incoming call
  • To draft standard correspondence and assist with the production of internal and external communications, including updating web and intranet pages
