Job Description

• Conduct Furniture & Upholstery repairs to a high standard in customers homes
• Document all inspections and repairs of work carried out
• Ensure all repairs meet the required quality standards
• Meet and exceed all customer expectations and provide a high level of customer service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous Upholstery and Furniture repair experience • Have experience in repairing both fabric and leather sofas • Have a natural ability to access and come up with solutions to enable a quick yet effective response to any issues that may arise • Be flexible with working hours and have a keen eye for quality • Be an enthusiastic, committed individual
