We have partnered with a busy payroll bureau that is rapidly growing and therefore can offer someone the opportunity to grow with us and gain more responsibility with time.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator who has a strong understanding of payroll and auto enrolment legislation and can manage their own set of payroll clients from the start. The role is ideally suited to someone who is able to work to tight deadlines and willing to get involved in a range of tasks.
They expect the individual to be able to work independently, troubleshoot and complete manual calculations where necessary. The candidate must also have the flexibility to process multiple payrolls and manage their own deadlines. The role is client facing so it is essential to have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience of processing payrolls in a bureau or accountancy firm setting is also preferable but not essential.
