- Deal with all calls, enquiries and complaints coming in to the department, making sure each one is handled positively and professionally and as efficiently as possible.
- Ensure that all enquiries are followed through from start to finish and that the customer is given timely updates throughout the process as necessary.
- Accurately process customer orders and keep the customer informed of progress as required.
- Ensure that letters, emails, memo's or other correspondence coming in to the team is responded to promptly.
You will be expected to be fully flexible and where there are holidays / sickness in other roles within the department, you will be asked to cover when relevant to ensure that customer service levels remain unaffected at all time
- Paying an hourly rate of £10.92 an hour
- Monday to Friday working hours (9am - 5 pm and a 4:30 pm finish on a Friday)
