Job Description

The successful candidate will report into the Accounting Team Lead. Responsibilities will include a variety of tasks to support the Accounting and Payroll functions including but not limited to:
• Processing of temporary contractor payroll on a monthly and biweekly basis
• Review of timesheets via client online portals
• Reconciliation of contractor invoices against hours worked and expected rates of pay
• Processing of payroll via excel sheets and google sheets
• Collaborative working with other administrators and coordinators within the business
• Contractor and Customer queries via Phone and Email
• Working within Accounting system, Workday to manage supplier, customer and invoice set up
• Wider communication to the business on progress of payroll
• Problem solving to support customers and contractors
