Job Description

You will, preferably, have a background in logistics (in oil & gas, mining, power, pharmaceutical, telecom, FMCG / retail, or project logistics) to work in a specialist bid management department. You must have excellent written and spoken English-language skills, with the ability to convey complex information. French language skills will be a strong advantage for the role.

  • Analyze and respond to pre-qualifications, requests for information (RFIs), registrations of interest (ROIs) and standard tender requests (CFTs, RFPs, etc.);
  • Assist Bid Development Specialists with their work on complex / bespoke tenders by editing, formatting and proof reading;
  • Allocate work to technical, compliance, legal, regional and pricing departments. Ensure deadlines are met;
  • Support Commercial and Operational staff in meeting client requirements;
  • Liaise with internal divisions to form and administer development of response documents;
  • Update and maintain library of proposal documents and other information on intranet and internal database;
  • Produce internal reporting, statistics and analysis information’
  • Assist in resolution of problems and client concerns;
  • Administrative duties as required (travel arrangements, meeting and conferences organization, invoicing, stationary orders)

We are looking for applicants with the ability to work in a close-knit and friendly environment within a large organization; you must be flexible, able to work on your own initiative and to work under pressure achieving deadlines and objectives. Occasional overseas travel may be required. Successful candidates will also receive APMP training to improve their bidding skills. The position carries an attractive package (medical insurance, pension, telephone, 25 days holiday per annum).
