To be considered for this role, you will have solid experience in an Advisory level role, with a focus on Organisational development process and Recruitment. You will be CIPD qualified Level 5 or working towards, and have experience in Organisational development project work.

* Advise, coach, guide management on a range of HR issues.
* Effective implementation of OD policies, reflecting on company Vision & Values.
* Support the Talent lead in Recruitment, retention and apprenticeships Levy
* Stakeholder, Management, and Union relationship Management
* Development of policies and process
