This role provides PA and administrative support to the Principal’s Office and Directors of Professional Services and supports a number of the college wide processes and procedures. The members of the Office support team work closely in all areas, supporting each other each other as required, so a proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities will be essential.
This is a varied, interesting and challenging role and the right person will need to have excellent IT, time management and organizational skills, be a good communicator with proven experience of providing executive level PA support and of being an effective member of a very busy team. Attention to detail, accuracy and a high standard in both written and oral communications are all essential requirements for the role, as is the ability to demonstrate total confidentiality.
