Job Description
  • Attend meetings on behalf of clients with employees within a disciplinary and grievance process
  • Work closely with the paralegal team to prepare for meeting and diarise at the clients convenience within required time frames
  • Provide advice and guidance with client on their legal position
  • Liaising closely with the litigation executive team/ HR Advisory team and the solicitors team in preparing cases
  • Conduct conciliation or settlement negotiations on behalf of the client

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Background in HR Management
  • Highly professional, with a customer centric approach to business
  • Experienced in employment law is a must
  • Must be able to maintain positivity in a challenging role
  • Experience of dealing with complex cases
  • Negotiation and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
