In this role you will be providing a resourcing service ensuring all aspects of the recruitment cycle is completed within agreed timescales and with a high degree of accuracy and ensuring records are kept up to date.
This an exciting position with many opportunities to be a part of including working on a number of different projects within the HR and resourcing team. Our client is not your classic Financial Services environment so things move quickly and you can make a difference, new ideas are always welcome.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in a similar role and can provide a comprehensive administration service across the full employee life cycle and be able to prioritise a busy workload whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service. Previous experience using a ATS and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular strong Word and Excel skills is also desirable.
