Job Description

You will be providing administration support to the nursery ensuring an excellent service is provided to our customers. Your key tasks will include maintaining Family and Account records on a nursery software programme, processing parent invoices and allocation early years funding, resolving any account queries including collecting fees and actively pursuing outstanding fees. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential records for staff, children and parents / guardians, work with the Nursery Manager to prepare the monthly payroll spreadsheet, authorize invoices and any other administrative tasks as required. You will be a friendly, welcoming individual who communicates effectively with our staff and parents and be confident to follow up on any outstanding payments. You will have strong attention to details, be organized and follow up on all enquiries to the nursery.
