Job Description

The role

We have two exciting vacancies for Senior Reward & Performance Manager’s.

We are looking to hire experienced Reward & Performance managers who have had experience in both UK & European reward. The successful individuals will support the Director of Reward & Performance with the design and delivery of the reward strategy by developing high quality reward programmes.  To provide recommendations to the HR Directors and HR Generalists on appropriate reward packages, benchmarked to external market data and wider market intelligence across divisions and countries where required and to lead the core cyclical reward activities for all countries which include annual salary review, employee share awards and the incentive review process; ensuring the continuous improvement and streamlining of governance and processes.

Working closely with your counterparts within the Reward team and across all of our European businesses, we are looking for someone who can operate collaboratively to build Reward & Performance frameworks that can support the future growth of our business. We are looking for someone who can implement a philosophy of continuous improvement, driving improvements in our overall effectiveness whilst deploying tools to enhance the manager and colleague experience. 

Skills we're looking for:

  • Proven track record of Technical HR expertise e.g. Executive Remuneration, Total Reward
  • Strong experience of leading and managing change programmes
  • Proven success of working and influencing at Executive Level
  • Experience of operating in diverse teams in a multi-site, multi country organisation
  • International Reward & Benefits design and implementation experience, in particular within Italy and or Portugal
  • Global mobility policy and related tax, payroll and HR processes
  • Expert in sourcing, summarising and interpreting salary and benefit survey data
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and grading methodologies
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role will be based at our Manchester office with some home working.  Due to the current Pandemic this will be initially home based only.
