Job Description

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join a Real Estate company on a 6 month FTC.

 

What You'll Do:

• Supporting business planning, forecasts and budgets.
• Communicate financial insights, suggesting business issues to management.
• Support month end/year closing.
• Review account transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management.
• Assistance with external audits.
• Ensuring compliance and implementation of new and existing accounting policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Fully qualified ACCA/ACA is essential. Financial reporting experience. Essential computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and accounting packages. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
