Job Role:
As an Administrator / Resourcer, it will be your job to support the Recruitment Team with the below tasks:
•CRM/Database Maintenance/Management
•Reference checking
•Contact with contract workers
•Sending out Time-sheets to clients
•Processing time-sheets for payroll
•Sourcing suitable candidates
•Telescreening/qualifying candidates
•Candidate Management
•Marketing
•HR
•Onboarding
•Reporting
•Advertising
•Dealing with general queries
About you:
•Have an excellent work ethic
•Bright, bubbly and enthusiastic
•Business Administration experience (payroll/timesheets desirable but not essential)
•Experienced in all Microsoft packages
•Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
•Good business acumen
•Experience within a similar role
