Job Description

You will join the team as a trainee and initially you will work on the talent acquisition side of the business (finding candidates) in one of our sectors. We have a large number of key clients with positions available, and you will be tasked with finding people to work in these great roles. There will be a structured training programme in place and you will be mentored by experienced colleagues who will guide and teach you the skills required to deal with these candidates, and eventually clients in a professional manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1) Graduates with a good academic background and some previous work experience who have a desire to forge their career into recruitment. 2) Intelligent individuals who have relevant experience in customer service, tele-sales, business to business sales, estate agency or other customer orientated professions. 3) We would also consider experienced recruiters, you may be working locally or looking to relocate back to the area (Salary D.O.E)
