This role would suit someone looking to build a long-term career in mail administration with a growing company. Responsibilities
To sort items of mail from mailbags into relevant categories
To log mail in an efficient and accurate matter onto our CRM
To process return to sender mail in an efficient and accurate manner
To perform administrative duties ranging in complexity using our Digital Mailroom technology
To act as overflow for inbound customer service telephone calls – providing a good level of customer service via telephone, when required
Be able to communicate effectively by email with customers, providing an excellent level of customer service
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good computer literacy with a fast typing speed. Positive mentality. Excellent work ethic and ability to work with intensity. Reliability. Good customer service skills. Good written and verbal English communication skills. English language GCSE Grade C or above. Evidence of longevity with at least one employer.
