Direct line management for the business support team of 5
Overseeing all operations for Manchester and Leeds offices including teams of engineers (30+ employees)
Liaising with Head Office on IT, finance and HR issues
Regular reporting
Keeping on top of the progress of projects
Use of project management software
Attending meetings with directors and presenting updates
ISO 9001 accreditation
Assisting with any other projects
We are looking for candidates with:
Previous experience handling operational tasks for a large team
Direct line management experience
Ability to handle IT, finance and HR responsibilities
Commercial acumen and understanding of reports, budgets and forecasts
Project management experience
Ideally experience of ISO 9001 accreditation
Flexible attitude to work
Fantastic communication and organisation skills
