Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Direct line management for the business support team of 5
  • Overseeing all operations for Manchester and Leeds offices including teams of engineers (30+ employees)
  • Liaising with Head Office on IT, finance and HR issues
  • Regular reporting
  • Keeping on top of the progress of projects
  • Use of project management software
  • Attending meetings with directors and presenting updates
  • ISO 9001 accreditation
  • Assisting with any other projects

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience handling operational tasks for a large team
  • Direct line management experience
  • Ability to handle IT, finance and HR responsibilities
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of reports, budgets and forecasts
  • Project management experience
  • Ideally experience of ISO 9001 accreditation
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • Fantastic communication and organisation skills
