Supporting key stakeholders in adherence to a broad range of internal processes (eg. investigations, disciplinaries, performance improvement, probations, grievances)
Identification of areas for process improvement, collaboration with all relevant business areas to design and implement effective new ways of working
Overseeing all people practices across Zuto to ensure they are legally compliant
Providing pro-active advice and guidance across a range of complex and sensitive people issues
Being an ambassador for the highest standards of integrity across all People matters
Coaching Managers around employee relations matters with a consultative and influential approach
First point of escalation for Zutonites across all teams within our Manchester operation for resolution of any HR/ER queries arising
Leading on supervision and facilitation of any required business restructures
Managing relationships between Zuto and unions or employee bodies
Dealing with disputes appropriately (for example, mediation or tribunal cases)
Analysis of HR MI, identifying rends and opportunity for improvements
Acting as People team lead for compliance, regulatory updates and legal changes, managing updates to business policies accordingly
Formation of diversity action plans within the People strategy, ensuring the use of working groups across Zuto
Application of sound technical knowledge to ensure decisions and recommendations meet both legal and commercial requirements
Lead on health and well-being initiatives, coordinating an internal team of well-being ambassadors and providing tangible measures of success
Nurturing a healthy, inclusive and progressive working environment for all Zutonites
Involvement in wider People team projects, events and initiatives
Management and development of a HR Advisor and HR Assistant
Experience, skills, and qualifications required
Good understanding of the Automotive and/or Consumer finance industry
Understanding of people management processes and procedures
Skilled in motivating, engaging and developing a team of high performing service professionals
Strong communicator and able to disseminate information clearly have difficult conversations and inspire change
Proven confidence to challenge in a positive way, and present solutions to issues raised
Solid numeracy, literacy and IT skills
Experienced in leading a high-performing sales team
Experience gained a sales role, ideally in the financial or automotive industry
Positive, proactive and has a motivated outlook, leading by example at all times
Consistently exhibits and brings to life the Zuto beliefs
