Job Description

Reporting into the Manager, this role will play an integral part in supporting the team to attract and recruit trainee solicitors into the firm. You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Organizing and booking law fairs
  • Assisting with the organization and facilitation of the firm's open days and coffee mornings
  • Organizing and attending other graduate related events
  • Assisting the Graduate Recruitment & Development Advisor in creating content for social media channels
  • Working with Marketing team to ensure advertising is up to date
  • Organizing marketing materials
  • Maintaining the recruitment system and updating candidates on the outcome of their applications
  • Organizing assessment days
  • Arranging final round interviews and collating feedback
  • Processing training contract offers
  • Maintaining key information such as seat changes
  • Booking training courses

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will possess: Strong attention to detail. Excellent communications skills. Strong MS office experience. Previous experience in a client facing environment. Exposure to a graduate recruitment function.
