The Registration Authority (RA) has an opportunity for 2 x full time Band 4 RA Agents (ITS Security Administrator) providing expert RA support and guidance to our customers (the roles are likely to be based in our Worthing offices. Hours to cover service - weekdays 12pm - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 2pm , rota hours to be agreed with successful appointees)

You will be responsible for providing first line call resolution, ensuring that RA activities are delivered effectively and efficiently following National RA guidance . With the support of RA Managers you will provide professional customer-focused RA advice in line with local procedures. You will be familiar with a Service Desk environment including the use of call management tools – eg. TopDesk and 3CX. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in this busy role, as will ability to develop effective working relationships with customers.
