Job Description

The programme of works includes 7 national projects and 3 local projects; therefore the role will work across the SE GMSA as required to ensure that the Clinical Director and the projects are adequately supported.
You are responsible for providing project administration support to ensure outputs are delivered for the Clinical Director and the PMO.
You will assist with diary management, arranging meetings, minute taking, project tasks and data collection for reporting. You will work with clinicians, managers, PMO colleagues and internal and external project partners to ensure provision of project management support, ensuring project and objectives delivery. It is key within this role that the post holder is flexible in their approach to the workload and their commitment to the role. Ideal candidates will have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively across the Alliance. Team work is essential for delivery of the projects therefore you will need to be a team player in your approach and willing to be flex when required.
