Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all warehouse operational costs and ensure they remain within budget
  • Ensure all MI information is accurate ahead of daily and monthly leadership review meetings
  • Manage, support and coach the management team ensuring effective progression plans are in place
  • Communicate effectively across all departments and shifts to ensure continuity

  • Ensure staff engagement and welfare levels are positive and in line with the values of the business

Skills & Experience Required

  • Must be a proven leader of people in a busy warehouse environment
  • Used to be on the warehouse floor with the team and be visible to all
  • Proven track record of managing operational change and delivering operational efficiency and service level agreements
  • Strong leadership skills with focus on colleague engagement, empowerment and overall development
  • Commercially astute with experience in managing significant budgets and P&L's
