You will be a familiar point of contact for our senior managers and customers, and will be required to liaise with various departments (such as payroll, finance, human resources) to offer your support and guarantee effective communication.
What you will do?
Process Purchase Ordering on behalf of site
Efficiently manage business costs and budgets associated with our activities
Support with billing processes when required
Manage the site diary in relation to management meetings, client meetings and organize lunches, conference calls, IT requirements
Manage relationships and liaise directly with the company's vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Manage the site diary to ensure all contracts are up to date and relevant for requirements in terms of vending machines, property and facility maintenance
Ensure the site meets high environmental standards through daily checks and effective collaboration with cleaning contractors
Completing monthly supporting information for client invoicing
Acting as host for team members when they visit the office
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Ordering stationery
Arrange for repairs on the site, special requests, and routine maintenance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualification in Business, Administration, or equivalent work experience. Experience of working with external suppliers and partners. The capacity to meet critical deadlines while managing multiple priorities. Excellent time management and communication skills. Experience using SAP & Payroll is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
