About You
An experienced operator who is able to inspire and motivate security teams, supervisors and managers. An individual who develops people through strong management skills. A seasoned operator who leads only by example.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all Operations Centre functions, staff and procedures on a day-to-day basis
- Provide first point of contact and control for incidents, from start to incident closure.
- Respond to client requests for short notice/short term requests following relevant procedures.
- Ensure rosters, schedules and returns are correctly submitted on a site-by-site basis and hold all information centrally at Operations Centre.
- Manage cover for sites where manning difficulties exist for whatever reason via Operations Centre.
- Lead and liaise with HR and finance to resolve any ER or payroll issues
Working Hours and Pattern
37.5 hours per week 09:00 - 17:30 typically. Although standard hours are 7.5 hours per day, the role will require longer hours on occasion so flexibility is required.
Must Haves
- Experience within the security sector (Manned Guarding)
- Professional attitude to your work
- A valid Frontline SIA Licence SG licence or higher
- Clean UK driving licence
- Own transport
- UK wide travel
