Job Description
Some of the roles duties include;
Purchasing goods / processing invoices in accordance with agreed procedures and regulations.
Deal with deliveries for goods purchased
Management of the academy debtors,
Including raising invoices for the hire of the School Sports Facilities in line with the terms and conditions. Work with Sports Campus Manager to chase non-payers, this is done via phone and email; refer debts to solicitors.
Management of the school music registers
Including invoicing parents, creating timetable for tuition, chasing non-payers, refer debts to solicitors
Working within the trust financial regulations
Process any income received
Bank Reconciliation each month
Management of School trips
Including booking transport; hotels, collecting payments from pupils/parents, payment for trips
Manage parent pay to assist with school trip management
Produce and monitor a monthly aged debtor report
Use of financial software on a daily basis
To deal with internal and external financial queries, including personal, telephone or postal requests
Assist the HR Administrator with any HR administrative tasks
