Job Description

Responsible for the day to day administrative functions of the office. Pulling of clinics, typing of correspondence and other documents as required. Effectively dealing with incoming calls from patients, relatives Nurses and other individuals or organizations, taking messages, ensuring follow-up and resolving any problems as appropriate. Recording of incoming-outgoing mail. Assist in the provision of information and data as required.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have 4 GCSEs Grade C or above to inc English & Math. Must have 1-2 years medical experience preferably in the private sector or NHS. This role will be face to face and on the phone with patients, the successful candidate must be presentable and well mannered. Telephony, customer service background is desirable. Ability to work on own initiative. Excellent telephone manner. Data input experience. Experience of using and knowledge of MS Office Applications (including MS Excel) / EDCL.
