You will be helping your client provide exceptional service to its customers while helping drive revenue growth.

You will need excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to get up to speed with products and systems quickly, and have an excellent grasp of internet technology. You will also be responsible, adaptable, confident, and have a strong motivation to work from home.

IT literacy, high flexibility in your schedule, good organisation, independence and self-reliance are essential.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• You’ll be used to working in a sales environment where you thrive off exceeding targets and meeting them in a compliant way (as your calls will be quality assessed to ensure they meet FCA requirements) • Previous experience working in a FCA regulated business is a huge advantage • You’ll be enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best service during a very busy day • You’ll keep customers at the heart of what you do • Be resilient to change as the needs of the business evolve • Be comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously • Be proactive in your approach and take ownership • Deliver a high level of Customer Satisfaction by providing a phenomenal service and getting it right first time, and • Have the soft skills needed to deliver a top quality and personalised service for both customers and their pets!
