Job Description

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant with recent SaaS/Tech experience in order to apply. This may suit a Financial Controller looking for a step up into a Finance Director position soon or an FD who is keen to work within a “hand on”, rapidly expanding SME environment.

Reporting into the board you will manage the finance team and partner the various operational heads across the business. You will improve systems, processes and controls, take ownership of the P&L and balance sheet, drive continuous improvements, assist with due diligence and M&A, further investment raising, contract review and negotiations and ongoing project management.
