Candidates will be passionate about working with our pupils and will be able to demonstrate a caring attitude to the individual, personal and social needs of this age group. Excellent communication, literacy, ICT skills and ability to work as part of a team are essential requirements for these key roles.
The responsibilities of these key posts will involve guided group work, record keeping, key working with a small group of pupils and developing an in depth knowledge of their SEND needs. We will expect applicants to undertake training to improve their skills in order to carry out the full responsibilities and expectations required. Applicants will need to demonstrate the ability to work with minimum supervision, have a flexible and organised approach to work in order to support learners as well as contributing towards assessment data.
