Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering administrative support to the CCL function including tasks such as preparation of documents, PowerPoint presentations
  • Calendar management
  • Travel booking and expense reporting using the Concur system
  • Creating and managing purchase orders
  • Greeting guests/visitors
  • Event support and coordination
  • Ordering supplies and arranging shipments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2+ years' experience in an administrative role. Great administrative skills. Experience using Microsoft programs. Thrives in a multicultural and fast-paced work environment. Works well under timelines. Flexible and adaptable to change. Proactive, results driven and comfortable to put solutions on the table. Team player. Relationship building skills.
