Job Description
You are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success. This is a Monday to Friday position working 20 hours per week.
You will have excellent attention to detail, prioritise their work effectively and have excellent communication skills.
The role is to maintain an office function that is compliant, helpful and efficient, providing support to both the venue management team, our staff and guests.
You will:
- Manage the onboarding process for the 3 venues.
- Respond to general guest requests.
- Assist in the administration of our team.
- Ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out.
- Manage employee procedures with regards to induction.
- Be working with the front of house team on query management and ad hoc administration.
- Maintain strong relationship and goodwill with all employees.
- Have a hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
- Have an outgoing personality.
