Job Description

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of all customer and business information onto the company. You will work cross functionally to ensure production flows smoothly, that field service engineers are updated on any client/customer changes and that information is easily accessible to teams across the business. Duties will include:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Global Head of Services
  • Provide administrative support to teams across the business including Service Managers, Support Engineers and Field Service Teams
  • Create CRM, order, revenue and other service reports timely and accurately as required
  • Liaise with the production team on order tracking, ensuring the completion and delivery of Service orders are prioritized
  • Provide updates to customers and Service Team members on service orders, highlighting any issues as a matter of urgency with the relevant colleagues
  • Generate reports from various systems and databases for the Director of Global Sales as required
  • Drive for excellence in Customer Satisfaction

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum two years previous experience working as an administrator in an engineering/manufacturing setting. Highly experienced with using MS Excel and PowerPoint in a workplace setting as well as having multiple CRM and ERP systems experience. Experienced in producing accurate, detailed reports and analytics for Senior Management. Experienced in loading and tracking orders through to delivery. Experienced and confident in speaking to engineers, planning teams, customers and Senior management.
